舍曲林联合行为疗法治疗早泄的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服舍曲林联合行为疗法治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法:对45例早泄患者采用治疗前后自身对照研究,比较患者治疗前后的平均阴道内射精潜伏期、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF)问卷中的性交满意度评分,并评估在疗程结束时,患者及其配偶对性生活的满意程度。结果:45例患者治疗后平均阴道内射精潜伏期以及IIEF问卷中的性交满意度评分均显著增加,治疗前后比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:口服舍曲林联合行为疗法是治疗早泄的一种有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of sertraline plus behavior therapy in the treatment of premature ejaculation（PE）.Method For 45 cases with PE were studied by self-contrast method,the average intravaginal ejaculation latency,sexual satisfaction scores in the international index of erectile function（IIEF）questionnaire before and after treatment were compared,the sexual life satisfaction of the patients and their spouses were assessed at the end of treatment course.Results The average intravaginal ejaculation latency and sexual satisfaction scores in IIEF all increased after treatment,and showed significant difference with that before treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion Orally administration of sertraline plus behavior therapy is a effective treatment for premature ejaculation.
