深圳市宝安区居民慢性病社区护理需求分析

摘　　要：目的:调查深圳市宝安区社区居民的慢性病发病状况,分析社区慢性病患者的护理需求,为提高社区慢性病防治水平提供理论依据。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样,共抽取深圳市宝安区6个社区的600户居民进行问卷调查。调查内容主要包括居民的健康状况、慢性疾病发病状况、慢性病患者对社区护理的需求。结果:深圳市宝安区社区居民慢性病发病率为20.4%,主要慢性病有高血压病、骨及关节疾病、消化系统疾病、糖尿病、心血管疾病、慢性阻塞性肺部疾病、脑血管疾病等。慢性病患者对社区护理需求主要有健康教育、社区急救、常见疾病社区处理、心理护理,希望得到社区护理的患者有80.7%,但能主动选择社区护理服务的慢性病患者仅有25.7%。结论:深圳市宝安区慢性病发病率较高,社区居民有潜在的社区护理需求,社康中心应向居民主动提供社区护理服务。Objective To investigate the rate of chronic diseases in Shenzhen Bao＇an population,to analyze the nursing requirements of patients with chronic diseases,and to provide information for chronic disease prevention.Method Questionnaire surveys were done for residents of 600 families from six blocks in Shenzhen Bao＇an district using multi-stage random sampling.The questionnaires included health status,morbidity status for chronic diseases,and nursing requirements of patients with chronic diseases.Results The rate of carried chronic diseases was 20.4% for Shenzhen Bao＇an population.Hypertension,osteoarticular disease,digestive disease,diabetes mellitus,cardiovascular disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and cerebrovascular disease were the main chronic diseases.Nursing requirements demanded by patients with chronic diseases were health education,block-based rescue,block-based disease treatment for common diseases,and psychiatric nursing.Block nursing was desired by 80.7% patients with chronic diseases,but only 25.7% patients selected actively block nursing.Conclusion The rate of chronic diseases is high in Shenzhen Bao＇an population.Potential demand for block nursing exists in patients with chronic diseases.Community health service center should provide actively block nursing for these patients.
