摘　　要：目的:总结心肌梗死溶栓治疗的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析9例心肌梗死溶栓治疗的护理要点,包括溶栓治疗前准备,规范用药,溶栓过程中的监护和并发症的观察。结果:9例患者中1例死亡,2例溶栓失败转院,6例恢复再通出院。结论:溶栓过程中严密的观察、精心的护理、细致的心电监护及防治并发症是溶栓成功的关键。Objective To summarize the nursing method of myocardial infarction thrombolysis.Method The nursing highlight of 9 cases underwent myocardial infarction thrombolysis treatment were retrospectively analyzed,including preparation before thrombolysis,standard administration,monitoring during thrombolysis and observation of complications.Results One was died,2 transferred to other hospital because of thrombolysis failure,6 discharged after restoration of patency.Conclusion Closely observation,careful nursing and ECG monitoring,prevention of complication during thrombolysis treatment are the key to successful thrombolysis
