摘  要:矿井水仓的监测是防止淹井和淹泵事故发生的关键因素,由于以往靠人工巡查不能及时地查处隐患,因此,介绍了应变片的基本组成和工作原理,并设计了通过在膜片上粘贴应变片组成压力传感器和采用双桥测量电压的方法,通过监测电压的实时变化来反映水仓压力的变化情况,并通过软件模拟的数据说明需要进行曲线整合才能实现实时的监测,为我国未来对井下水仓监测的自动化指出了前进的方向。Monitoring of mine water storage is to prevent drowning wells and flooded pump a key factor in the accident, as in the past by manual inspection and timely investigation can not be hidden, so, the basic components of strain gauges and working principle were described and designed through the membrane paste the composition of on-chip strain gauge pressure sensor and method of use of shuangqlao measuring voltage, real-time by monitoring the voltage changes to reflect the changes in water storage pressure, and through software simulation of the data on the curve of the need for integration of real-time monitoring can be achieved for our country the future monitoring of underground water storage automation pointed out the way forward.
