摘　　要：为降低防爆柴油机尾气中有害气体的排放,针对目前较为常见的防爆胶轮运输车水洗箱的过滤形式和过滤效果做了相关结构改进,并对改进前后柴油机在怠速和自由加速等工况下的烟度排放值进行对比试验。试验结果表明,改进后的水洗箱能有效减少烟度排放。Aiming at the filtering behavior and effect of relatively common explosion-proof rubber tyre vehicle＇s water washing chamber, some structure improvements have been done in order to reduce the harmful gas in the flameproof diesel exhaust emission. The contrast test on smoke emission has also been done under idle and freedom acceleration mode before and after improvement was compared. Experimental results show that the improved water tank can effectively reduce the smoke emission.
