摘　　要：刮板输送机是井下采煤工作面等部位的主要运输设备,其牵引链在运行中的状况影响煤矿的生产效率和安全程度。基于牵引链在实际工况中的受力分析,提出了牵引链在恶劣环境条件下的失效形式和机理,介绍了在设计制造、安装使用和维护保养等方面防范牵引链失效的措施。Scraper conveyor is the main transportation equipments for work surface of the underground coal mining, and production efficiency and safety rely on the operation status of its traction chain. The failure forms and mechanisms of the traction chain under harsh working environment was described, based on the stress analysis on the traction chain under the actual operation condition, the traction chain failure prevention measures in designing, manufacturing, installation, operation, and maintain aspects are introduced.
