摘  要:将模糊理论引入到电牵引采煤机故障树分析中,利用专家评判法确定影响隶属度关系矩阵,获得基本事件故障率乘因子参与故障树定量计算。以液压制动系统为例,通过对某2个矿区工况条件的模糊量化,得到基本事件的故障率数据,并利用可靠性软件Relex仿真计算,结论与实际相符。Fuzzy theory was introduced to the electric traction shearer fault tree analysis. Expert evaluation was used to determine the relationship matrix of impact membership, then; the factor of basic event failure rate was obtained and calculated in quantitative analysis. Take hydraulic braking system as an example, failure rate of basic event by fuzzy quantization of the working condition in two mines was obtained, and used the reliable software Relex to give the simulation and calculation results which is consistent with the fact.
