摘 要:超临界锅炉机组滑压运行方式为机组的调峰运行带来了无比优越的灵活性和安全性。在滑压变负荷运行方式下应合理控制风煤比、汽水分离器压力变化速率与锅炉调峰幅度,以充分保证炉内燃烧稳定性、炉内水循环安全性及汽温稳定性,锅炉负荷变化率控制在(2%~4%)MCR/min,维持床温在850~950℃之间,床压在15~23 kPa之间,提出了600MWe超临界循环流化床锅炉机组定滑压变负荷运行方案。The sliding pressure operation mode of the supercritical boiler units brings the predominant flexibility and security for the peak shaving operation.Under the operation mode of the sliding pressure and variable loads,it is necessary to reasonably control the wind-coal ratio and the pressure change rate of steam-water separator as well as the boiler peak shaving range,which will fully ensure the combustion stability and the water cycle security in the furnace as well as the steam temperature stability.The load change rate of the boilers should be controlled within the range from 2%MCR/min to 4%MCR/min,and the bed temperature is kept between 850℃and 950℃,and the bed pressure is retained between 15kPa and 23kPa.Moreover,the operation scheme of the constant and sliding pressure and the variable loads for 600MWe supercritical circulation fluidized bed(CFB) boiler units is brought forward.
