摘 要:采用XRD衍射仪及湿法脱硫实验台对白泥、电石渣、碱渣及盐泥的湿法脱硫性能进行了实验研究,对比分析了石灰石与4种碱性工业废渣的湿法脱硫性能。结果表明:白泥、电石渣、碱渣、盐泥等四种碱性工业废渣可以用作烟气湿法脱硫剂。实验条件下,反应温度30℃时,脱硫性能最强,随反应温度升高,碱性工业废渣脱硫性能下降,推荐四种碱性工业废渣吸收塔反应区运行温度为30~60℃。入口SO_2浓度升高,脱硫效率下降,白泥、盐泥受入口SO2浓度变化影响较小。XRD研究表明,碱性工业废渣中起脱硫作用的物质以钙基为主。4种碱性工业废渣脱硫性能由大到小依次为:电石渣>白泥>碱渣>盐泥。The characteristics of white sludge,carbide slag,alkali slag and salt slag in wet flue gas desulphurization were investigated by using XRD and wet flue gas experiment,and the comparative analysis among limestone and the above four wastes was researched.The results show that the above four alkaline industrial wastes can be used as wet flue gas desulphurization sorbent.Under experimental conditions,the desulphurization performance of the wastes are highest in the temperature condition of 30℃.The higher the reaction temperature is,the lower the desulphurization efficiency.The recommended temperature for the above four wastes are 30-60℃in scrubbing reaction area.The higher the SO_2 entrance concentration,the lower the desulphurization efficiency,and SO_2 entrance concentration influences white sludge and salt slag slightly.XRD research shows that the main desulphurization components in alkaline industrial wastes are Ca-based materials.The desulphurization capabilities of the alkaline wastes in the descending order are carbide slag,white sludge, alkali slag and salt slag.
