摘　　要："社会资本"是社会科学界争论最多的概念之一。其争论主要集中在两方面:一是社会资本概念的内涵;二是社会资本的承载主体和所要解决的问题。根据承载主体和所要解决的问题的层次可以把社会资本分为个体层次的社会资本和集体层次的社会资本两类。这种分类是认识社会资本的理想类型,可以为经验研究提供一个清晰的概念工具和分析框架,具有重要的方法论意义。＂Social capital＂ has already become one of the debatable conception in social science field.Two main points of these debates are social capital with distinct meanings and with different levels of carrying subjects and solving problems.According to different levels of carrying subjects and solving problems social capital were divided into 2 types： individual level and collective level.The types are ideal types about social capital,it provide means to empirical research and is of methodological significance.
