摘  要:建立了双波长分光光度法同时测定电镀液中铁和铜含量的分析方法。以2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚为显色剂,Triton X-100(OP)为增溶剂测定铜和铁的含量。通过试验确定了最佳实验条件。本法具有较高的灵敏度、较低的检出限和较好的选择性,铁的回收率为97.18%~101.53%,铜的回收率为95.32%~105.02%。A analytical method of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry to simultaneously determine the iron and copper content in plating bath was established.2-(5-Br-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylamino phenol(5-Br-PADAP)was used as chromogenic agent,Triton X-100(OP)as a solubilizer.By experiments,the optimum experimental conditions were confirmed,including the best amount of reagent,the stability of system and so on.In addition,the interference of coexistent elements were also studied.This method has higher sensitivity,lower detection limits and better selectivity.The recovery of iron was 97.18%~101.53% and that of the copper was 95.32%~105.02%.
