摘  要:介绍了镀铬溶液中铜、铁和镍杂质的快速分析方法。以双环己酮草酰二腙作指示剂,用分光光度法测定铜;以钛铁试剂作指示剂用光度法测定铁;以丁二酮肟作指示剂用光度法测定镍。实验表明,这三种方法的回收率分别为99.2%、99.1%和102%。方法简单,快速而准确,能够满足镀铬溶液中铜、铁和镍杂质的监控要求。Rapid analysis methods of copper,iron,and nickel impurities in chrome plating bath were introduced.The copper,iron and nickel impurities were determined by using spectro photometric method with bis(cyclohexanone)oxalyldihydrazone(BCO),tiron and butanedione dioxime as indicator respectively.The results showed that the recoveries for analyzing copper,iron and nickel were 99.2%,99.1% and 102% respectively.These methods used are simple,rapid and exact,and can satisfy the demand for monitoring and controlling these impurities in chrome plating bath.
