摘　　要：密闭是煤矿井下一道非常重要的设施,及时准确地掌握密闭内各参数的变化对安全生产有着重要的意义。利用SMC12864液晶显示器与STC89C52单片机相连,通过传感器采集到数据送入单片机,再由单片机对其进行简单的处理,显示在SMC12864液晶上,同时利用单片机串行通信的多机通信中断方式,将数据传输到上位机,再由上位机编制软件对数据进行分析,可以很好地实现井下、井上的数据显示。在矿井密闭监测系统应用前提下,给出了SMC12864液晶显示器与STC89C52的硬件接口电路以及液晶显示器在Keil环境下的程序设计,最后由SMC12864实时显示密闭当前各参数状态,成功地实现了煤矿井下密闭的自动化显示。Airtight structure is a very important facility in coal mines.It is of great significance to learn changes in parameters at sealed area timely and accurately for safety in production.SMC12864 LCD is connected to STC89C52 SCM.The data collected by sensors is sent to the SCM for preliminary processing,then is displayed on SMC12864 LCD.Meanwhile,the data is transmitted to upper PC using SCM multi-machine serial communication in the interrupt mode and then processed by the software and displayed on the PC screen.Under the premise of that monitoring system for sealed area is in use,the hardware interface circuit of SMC12864 LCD and STC89C52 SCM,and the program of SMC12864 in Keil environment are given.Finally SMC12864 displays parameters at the sealed area in real time and the goal of automatic display of the state at the sealed area is realized successfully.
