一种平面真空吸取器的改进

摘　　要：真空吸取器是脆性产品装配与吊运的基本设备。原有平面吸取器主要用于半球形封闭产品的吸取,不能适应开有槽、孔或有凸台产品的抓取,采用八个吸盘替代连续密封圈的办法进行了改进设计,并增加了真空碟以提高安全性。在保证较高的安全系数条件下,根据吸取产品的重量确定了吸盘的口径。为了确保吸取器的工作安全可靠,在吸取器上安装了真空阀门、真空表、安全网挂钩等真空监测及安全保护机构。实验表明,改进后的吸具结构合理,操作方便,满足使用要求。Vacuum absorber is a kind of basic device for bricke product to be assembled and conveyed.The old planar vacuum absorber is mostly used to absorb half ball and close pruduct without groove or hole or bulge.The improved structure is composed of eight cupula,instead of seal loop,and vacuum dish to ensure security.The diameter of cupula is analyzed based on product weight and upper safety factor. Vacuum monitor and safegard are introduced.It＇s proved that by experiment that the structre of vacuum absorber is appropriate and convenient for manipulation and satisfies use requirements.
