摘  要:随机选取 10 头健康的42~45 天断奶长白仔猪,分别于断奶时、断奶后7 天、14 天上午采血,检验血液学、血清生化等多项指标,结果如下:仔猪血清 A S T、 C K、 L D H 活性在断奶后 7 天时都升高,其中 A S T、 L D H活性与断奶时相比差异极显著( P< 001);血清 A M Y L 活性,断奶后均比断奶时高,但无统计学上差异( P>005);血清 T P、 G L O B、 A L B、 B U N、 C H O L 含量在断奶后极显著或显著降低( P< 001 或 P< 005); G L U、 C R E A、 T C O2 含量降低,但无统计学上差异( P> 005)。血液 R B C、 H G B、 H C T、 M C V 断奶后极显著降低( P<001), M C H C 断奶后极显著升高( P< 001); W B C、 P L T 等断奶后虽有变化,但均无统计学上差异( P>005)。结果表明,仔猪在断奶后一段时间,处于营养缺乏性单纯小红细胞性贫血状态。piglets weaned at 42~45 d were selected.Blood samples were collected at weaning,7d,14d after weaning and analyzed for hematological and biochemical profiles.The results showed as follows:Serum activities of AST,LDH significantly increased(P<0.01)at 7d after weaning.No significant difference(P> 0.05 )was observed though activity of CK increased.Serum activity of AMYL gradually increased during the experiment,buthad no significant difference(P> 0.05 ).The level of serum TP,ALB,GLOB,BUN,CHOL highly significantly(P<0.01) or significantly(P<0.05) decreased,Serum GLU,CREA,TCO 2 ware lower after weaning.RBC,HGB,HCT and MCV distinctly decreased(P<0.01) while MCHC distinctly increased(P<0.01)after weaning.There were no significant changes in blood RDW-CV,MCH,WBC,W-SCC,W-LCC,PLT,PDW,MPV,P-LCR.The results showed that piglets were in the condition of small RBC anaemia of nutrition deficiency at some time after weaning.
