摘 要:[目的]研究规模化养猪场污水排放处理方法,为规模养猪场污水处理和综合利用提供参考依据。[方法]对规模猪场的排污水采取沼气发酵、沉淀处理和灌溉人工牧草地等措施进行多重处理,对每一个处理环节后的排污指标进行测定。[结果]经多重处理后,该规模猪场排污水的5d生化需氧量、化学需氧量、悬浮物、氨氮浓度和总磷分别为17.0,41.0,83.0,0.319和0.108mg/L,粪大肠菌群数为130MPN/100ml,蛔虫卵数为0个/L。[结论]处理后各排污指标均低于《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)中养殖业水污染物最高允许排放浓度。[Objective] To investigate the effects of reducing concentration of sewage discharge by multiprocessing in a scale pig farm,and provide a theoretical basis for sewage treatment and comprehensive utilization.[Method] Wastewater from a scale pig farm was treated through biogas fermentation,sedimentation and grass irrigation,and the datas of sewage discharge indexes for each process were measured at the same time.[Result] After treatment,Five-day BOD,chemical oxygen demand,suspended solids,NH3-N concentration,Total P were 17.0,41.0,83.0,0.319 and 0.108 mg/L,respectively,fecal coliform number was 130 MPN/100 ml and ascaris egg number was 0 individual/L in the pig farm.[Conclusion] The value of each sewage discharge index is below the maximum permissible quantity of wastewater effluent in "Discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding"(GB 18596-2001).
