摘　　要：沿海大降雨地区地下水资源的开发利用和管理对于缓解水资源供需矛盾、保证饮水安全和社会经济的发展具有重要意义。在此以泉州沿海地区为例,分析了地下水的开发利用特点和不足,并针对性地给出了该区地下水开发利用方式与管理的相关建议。The development,utilization and management of groundwater resources in coastal areas with heavy rain played a critical role in relieving water resource contradictions between supply and demand,guaranteeing water security and the development of social economy.By means of a case study of coastal areas in Quanzhou,the characteristics and shortcomings of groundwater were analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions on the management,development and utilization of groundwater were provided contrapuntally.
