子宫输卵管造影检查不良反应及处置

摘　　要：目的总结子宫输卵管造影检查常见不良反应及其防治措施。方法对2007年4月～2010年5月碘过敏试验阴性行HSG检查的659例患者进行临床观察。结果 83例出现不同程度的药物性或非药物性不良反应。其中,药物性不良反应38例,主要表现为下腹胀痛、恶心、呕吐、咽喉部不适感、呛咳、气短及面部潮红、打喷嚏、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹等症状;非药物性不良反应45例,主要表现为下腹胀痛、面色苍白、出汗、血压下降、心跳加快、头晕、眼花、恶心、呕吐等症状。结论即使碘过敏试验阴性,在造影过程中,仍有部分患者出现不同程度的药物性或非药物性不良反应,应针对不同状况的不良反应,采取相应的防治措施,以保证子宫输卵管造影检查的顺利进行。Objective To summarize the adverse reactions and prevention measures of hysterosalpinggraphy.Methods 659 patients which were negative for iodine anaphylactic test were observed after hysterosalpingography （HSG） at the 1st Hospital of nanning between 2007 and 2010.Results 83 cases were happened to adverse drug reaction or non-drug reaction during HSG.Among them there were 38 cases of adverse drug reaction and 45 cases of non-drug reaction.The adverse drug reaction were mainly hypogastralgia,nausea,vomiting,malaise of laryngopharyngeal,irritating cough,shortness of breath,flush of the face,sneezing,pruritus,rash and other Symptoms.The non-drug reaction were mainly hypogastralgia,pallor,sweating,blood pressure decrease,speeding up of heart-beat,dizziness,blur version,nausea,vomiting and other Symptoms.Conclusion Even if the patients were negative for iodine anaphylactic test,some patients were still happened to adverse drug reaction or non-drug reaction during HSG.Aiming at different conditions of reaction,we adopt correspond prevention measures which is able toensure Smooth progress of HSG.
