开花期温度对北方杂交粳稻BT型不育系花粉败育及育性的影响

摘　　要：利用北方最新转育的BT型不育系松粘5022A和T176A,在开花期通过人工气候室不同温度处理,研究了温度对北方杂交粳稻BT型不育系花粉败育特点和育性的影响。结果表明,在17℃低温处理条件下,2个不育系的花粉败育类型与对照(26℃)基本相同,但是在35℃高温处理条件下,2个不育系都表现出染败率大幅度降低,圆败和典败率增加。2个不育系经17℃低温处理后套袋自交结实率与对照非常接近;2个不育系在35℃高温处理时,自交结实率显著降低,花粉败育更彻底。柱头活力不受温度的影响。An experiment was conducted with two north hybrid CMS-BT lines Songnian 5022A and T176A in plant growth chamber with different temperature treatments,aimed to study the effects of temperature in the flowering stage on pollen abortive characters and fertility of north hybrid CMS-BT lines.The result showed that pollen abortive characters of the two CMS-BT Lines were the same as the contrast（26℃） under 17℃,but ratio of the stained abortive pollens was reduced highly and ratios of the spherical and the typical abortive were significant increased under 35℃ temperature treatments.Bagged seed setting of the two CMS-BT Lines was not much difference from the contrast under 17℃;bagged seed setting was significantly reduced under 35℃.The stigma vigor was not affected by the temperature.
