摘  要:药动学-药效学(PK-PD)结合模型,综合研究体内药物浓度的动态过程与其药效消长之间关系,被广泛用于优化抗菌药物的给药方案。简要介绍了抗菌药物PK-PD模型的基本概念、研究方法等,综述了氟喹诺酮类、β-内酰胺类及其他抗菌药的PK-PD结合模型研究应用进展,以期为兽用抗菌药物的研究开发及临床合理应用提供帮助。Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic(PK-PD) model,which was capable to research the relationship between the dynamic change of drug concentration in body and the growth-and-decline law of its efficacy integratedly,was widely used to optimize dosage regimens of antibacterial.In this paper,the concepts and research methods of PK-PD model in antibacterial were introduced.In order to provide some assistance for the research and development of veterinary antibacterial and its clinical application,the progress of PK-PD model in fluoroquinolones,β-lactam antibiotics and other antibacterial were summarized in this review.
