玉竹中甾体皂甙提取工艺研究

摘　　要：通过正交试验,以甲醇为溶剂,采用回流提取法,对玉竹中甾体皂甙提取方法进行优化,并对两年生及三年生玉竹中甾体皂甙含量进行测定。结果表明,提取时间4 h、提取3次、药液比1∶4(m/V,g∶mL,下同)为最佳提取工艺,两年生玉竹中甾体皂甙含量高于三年生。Using methanol as solvent and reflux extracting method,the optimum extracting process of steroidal saponins from Po1ygonatum odoratum was defined by orthogonal test.The optimized extracting conditions were,ratio of material to liquid,1∶4（m/V;g∶mL）;and extracting 4 hours for 3 times.The content of steroidal glycosides in the second-year and third-year plant was compared;and the results showed that the second-year plant has higher steroids content than that of the third-year plant.
