MATLAB在不同烤烟品种化学成分差异性分析中的应用

摘　　要：运用MATLAB 5.0分析了云南地区3个烤烟品种的主要化学成分。结果表明,在0.05显著性水平下,云系列与K326品种间有显著差异的化学指标为果胶、木质素、水溶性灰分碱度、石油醚提取物;云系列和红大品种间有显著差异的化学指标为挥发酸、细胞壁物质含量、氨基氮、多酚;红大和K326品种间有显著差异的化学指标为氨基氮、多酚。The principal chemical components of 3 flue-cured tobacco cultivars in Yunnan were analyzed by MATLAB 5.0.The results indicated that at the 0.05 significance level,the chemical indicators of significant differences between Yun series and K326 were volatile acids,fruit glue and polyphenol;between Yun series and Hongda were volatile acids,cell wall substances,amino nitrogen and polyphenol;and between Hongda and K326 are volatile acids,amino nitrogen and polyphenol.
