摘  要:研究了添加5%B2O3-CuO基础上再添加不同含量的Li2CO3复合烧结助剂对(Ca0.9375Sr0.0625)0.3(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.7TiO3(CSLST)陶瓷的烧结行为及微波介电性能的影响。研究结果表明:添加复合烧结助剂的陶瓷烧结后其晶相仍呈斜方钙钛矿结构。在不劣化微波介电性能的条件下,陶瓷的烧结温度可降至950℃,随Li2CO3含量的增加,添加复合烧结助剂的CSLST陶瓷的体积密度和介电常数εr逐渐降低。当Li2CO3添加量为0.5%时,在950℃保温5 h,所制得的陶瓷具有优良的微波介电性能:εr=84.7,Qf=1929 GHz,τf=28.76×10-6/℃。Effect of B2O3-CuO-Li2CO3 multiplicity sintering additive on the sintering behavior and the microwave dielectric properties of(Ca0.9375Sr0.0625)0.3(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.7TiO3(CSLST) ceramics were investigated as a function of Li2CO3.The results indicate that no second phases are found with multiplicity additive and the major phase of the ceramics is still orthorhombic perovskite.The sintering temperature of the specimens with B2O3-CuO-Li2CO3 multiplicity sintering additive could be reduced to 950 ℃ without the degradation of the microwave dielectric properties of the specimens.With the increase of Li2CO3 content,the bulk density and the dielectric constant εr of the additives doped CSLST ceramics all decrease.The sample of CSLST with 5 % B2O3-CuO(BC) and 0.5 % Li2CO3 sintered at 950 ℃ for 5 h show excellent dielectric properties: εr=84.7,Qf =1929 GHz,τf=28.76×10-6 /℃.
