摘  要:目的:分析老年糖尿病患者对糖尿病足知识的认知程度及自我足部护理能力,为制定及实施糖尿病足干预措施提供理论依据。方法:选择确诊的老年糖尿病住院患者110例,自行设计糖尿病患者足部自理能力评估量表,对住院患者入院和出院时分别进行问卷调查,在住院期间护理人员对患者讲解糖尿病足相关知识。结果:110例老年糖尿病患者在入院时对糖尿病足的认知率为29.5%,对糖尿病足的危害认知率为20.4%,具有自我足部护理能力的患者仅为15.6%。通过入院后护理人员对糖尿病足相关知识讲解,患者出院时对糖尿病足的认知率提升为95.7%,对糖尿病足的危害认知率提高到92.9%,具有自我足部护理能力的患者达34.3%。患者入院和出院时对糖尿病足相关知识及危害认知率有显著提高,具有自我足部护理能力的患者显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:通过对老年糖尿病患者健康知识教育可显著提高患者自我足部护理能力,有效预防糖尿病足的发生。Objective To analyze knowledge in diabetes foot care and activities in foot self-care for older patients with diabetes in Shenzhen population,also provided information for health lesson plans to prevent foot problems caused by diabetes.Method Summary of diabetes foot self-care activities assessment was designed for 110 older patients with diabetes,assessment was done when they rolled in and out of hospital.Health lesson plans were made available to older diabetes patients by nurses when they stayed in hospital.Results About 29.5% patients learned diabetes foot,20.4% patients were aware diabetes foot problems,15.6% patients knew to take care of their feet when rolled in hospital.About 95.7% patients learned diabetes foot,92.9% patients were aware diabetes foot problems,and 34.3% patients knew to take care of their feet after health lesson plans were made available to they by nurses.The rate of learning diabetes foot and knowing to take care of their feet was significantly higher in patients when lesson plans were performed (P〈0.01).Conclusion Health lesson plans can help older patients with diabetes knowing diabetes foot problems,in turn,preventing diabetes foot.
