摘  要:针对风旋增压器的特殊几何结构,分析和界定其数值计算所需的流场控制体,联用结构化网格及非结构化网格对其内部流场区域进行离散划分,选择压力进口和压力出口边界条件,采用Realizable k-ε双方程湍流模型及混和平面参考系方法进行数值计算。根据计算结果进行其工作特性分析,包括不同转速相同冷却风扇出口静压下的工作特性及相同转速不同风扇出口静压下的工作特性。通过分析可知风旋增压器随着转速的提高可提供较高的增压压力,并且不会影响冷却风扇的性能,而当冷却风扇出口静压增加时,压气机出口压力也随着增加,因此在发动机高负载工况,可充分利用冷却风扇的出口背压提高增压压力,满足发动机需求,因此此新型风旋增压器具有较高的实用价值。According to the special structure of the whirlwind supercharger,its solution domain is analyzed and defined firstly,and then meshed by both structured and unstructured grids.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) code solves 3D Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations in rotating and stationary coordinate systems with mixing plane method,and turbulence effects are modeled by using a Realizable k-ε turbulence model.The operating characteristics are analyzed on the basis of the results of CFD under the operating conditions of which the whirlwind supercharger operates at a different rotary speed with the same outlet static pressure of the cooling fan and at the same rotary speed with a different fan outlet static pressure.Results of this study indicate that the whirlwind supercharger can provide high supercharging pressure with the increase of rotary speed while the performance of the cooling fan is not affected,and when the outlet static pressure of cooling fan increases,the outlet pressure of compressor also increases.As such,when the engine operates under high load condition,the supercharging pressure can be raised by fully utilizing the outlet back pressure of cooling fan,so as to meet the requirement of the engine,so the whirlwind supercharger has high practical value.
