摘　　要：目的 探讨局部注射A型肉毒毒素治疗腋部臭汗症（腋臭）的临床疗效.方法 将A型肉毒毒素均匀注射至腋部皮内真皮深层,每个注射点注入2～5 U,间隔1.5 cm,每侧共50 U.所有42例患者获随访8个月,观察疗效及并发症,并评价患者疗效.结果 经A型肉毒毒素注射后,出汗量明显减少,异味消除,平均有效期6个月.结论 局部注射A型肉毒毒素治疗腋臭作为一种非手术治疗方法 ,为腋臭患者提供了一种安全、快捷、有效的治疗选择.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of botulinum toxin A on axillary bromidrosis by local injection. Methods Forty-two patients were divided into slight and moderate groups according to the degree of axillary bromidrosis. 50U botulinum toxin A was injected into the deep layer of dermis per axilla, each injected point was adopted 2 - 5U botulinum toxin A with 1.5 cm septation. All patients were followed up for 8 months to observe the effect and complications and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were analyzed. Resuits No significant difference shinned between eurative effect of the two groups with slight and modrate axillaty bromidrosis after statistieal analysis. Sweating of the treated patients was deceased obviously and abnormal flavour was eliminated with average 6 months persistent period. Conclusion Local injection of hotulinum toxin A, as a non-operative therapy for axillary bromidrosis, is a sale, fast and effective method.
