阿维A联合窄谱UVB照射治疗中重度寻常型斑块状银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阿维A联合窄谱中波紫外线(narrowband ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)治疗中重度寻常型斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将125例中重度斑块状银屑病患者随机分为A、B两组。A组(65例)单独采用NB-UVB照射治疗,B组(60例)采用NB-UVB照射联合口服阿维A治疗,疗程4周。以银屑病皮损面积和严重程度(PASI)评分评价疗效,观察治疗前后PASI评分的变化、治疗的有效率以及不良反应发生情况。结果:口服阿维A联合NB-UVB治疗组的有效率为88.33%,明显高于单独使用NB-UVB照射治疗组的64.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:口服阿维A联合NB-UVB治疗中重度银屑病,对于迅速控制病情、缩短疗程、减少不良反应,具有良好的效果。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acitretin combined with narrow band ultraviolet B（MB-UVB） in moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.Methods： 125 cases of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into A,B groups.Both groups were treated by NB-UVB irradiation only and B group received additional oral acitretin for 4 weeks.The efficacy of treatment was evaluated by Psoriasis Area and Severity Index（PASI）,PASI scores,effective rate and the occurrence of side effects were observed before and after treatment.Results： Effective rate was 88.33% in oral acitretin combined with NB-UVB group,significantly higher than 64.62% in NB-UVB irradiation group,the difference being statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusions： Oral acitretin combined with NB-UVB therapy can rapidly control the disease,shorten the course of and treatment and reduce side effects.
