摘　　要：目的应用Tei指数评价模拟失重对健康成人左心功能的影响。方法健康青年男性志愿者12例,6°头低位连续卧床模拟失重。分别于模拟失重前、模拟失重10d和20d行超声心动图检查。采用定量组织多普勒获得左房室环定量组织多普勒曲线,计算左室Tei指数。结果模拟失重10d、20d,左室Tei指数与模拟失重前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在持续模拟失重时限内,尚未能引起健康成人左心室整体功能改变。Objective To evaluate the influence of simulated weightlessness on adult＇s left heart function by Tel index. Methods Twelve young men with simulated weightlessness established by continuous -6° degree head down tilt bed rest were enrolled. Echocardiography was performed on befor experiment ,at the 10th day and the 20th day after experiment. The quantitive tissue velocity imaging （QTVI） curve of left A - V ring was obtained by QTVI techinique, Tel index of left ventricle was calculated. Results There was no significant difference in Tel index of left ventricle among the control group, the 10th day group and the 21th group（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Continuous simulated weightlessness could not change the total function of healthy adult＇s left heart within the time of this experiment.
