摘　　要：当前,非传统安全威胁的种类越来越多、处置要求越来越高,非战争军事行动医疗救援已成为军队完成多元化军事任务卫勤保障的重要组成部分。文中针对当前非战争军事行动医疗救援中可能面临的伦理学问题,从患者的权利、救治的次序、知情同意等方面,对如何减少非战争军事行动医疗救援中出现的伦理学问题和矛盾,提高救援效率进行了初步探讨。The number of threat from non-traditional element become more and more,which set a higher demand on the requirement,non-war military operation has become one of the most important components for the army to fulfill multivariate rear service mission.This paper aim at the medical salvage ethics problems which may appear in present non-war military operation,and deeply discussed how to reduce the ethics problems and conflicts of medical salvage in non-war military operation and enhance the rescue efficiency from the aspects of patients′ right,rescue consequence and informed consent.
