摘　　要：伴随着医院数字化程度提高,医学信息工程技术人员成为医院信息化建设的关键。文中针对信息工程技术人员队伍建设存在问题如思想不稳定、人才结构不合理、人员主动学习意识欠缺等3方面问题,并结合数字化医院建设实际提出了相应对策。With the development of digitalization in hospitals,engineers of medical information become essential for the construction of information system in the hospital.The problems of engineers,including the unsteadiness of work ideology,irrational particle size of distribution and deficiency of self-learning will be discussed in this article,the countermeasures will also be introduced.
