摘　　要：对卫生技术人员进行学术绩效量化管理是提高人才管理绩效的重要举措。利用以网络为基础、以数据库为核心的信息管理系统,可实现卫生技术人员学术绩效数据的量化管理。文中介绍了该系统的结构、功能及应用体会。A data management system was established with the network as the basis and the database as the core of the system to achieve quantitative management of academic performance of medical personnel.This paper introduces the structure,functions and applications of the system.
