彩超评价大隐静脉曲张与临床分级的关系

摘　　要：目的应用彩色多普勒超声对静脉曲张的患肢及正常肢体进行检查，对比研究组及正常组大隐静脉的超声图像特征，探讨其与临床表现的关系。方法随机抽取大隐静脉曲张的病人，采用彩色超声诊断仪，监测大隐静脉管径、血流动力图谱，并行Valsalva试验了解大隐静脉瓣膜情况及返流程度。结果彩超能够直观观察大隐静脉管径、瓣膜情况及血流动力学参数，其超声参数与临床分级存在正相关。结论彩超可以方便快捷、无创地评价静脉瓣膜功能病变程度，检测静脉血栓的位置。Objective To explore influence of perforating vein incompetence to clinical classification in great saphenous varicose patients, and observe the uhrasonographic characteristics of the veins by color Doppler flowimaging（CDFI）. Methods Patients with great saphenous varicose who were collected randomly were inspected by color Doppler in their veins diameter and flow dynamics of veins. Then valves function and degree of reflux were detected with the use of Valsalva. Results Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to observe great saphanous vein directly and repeatedly,for deep venous insufficiency degree in lower extremites non-invasively,detect the position and range of thrombus, therefore,plays an important role in clinical diagnosis,operaiton choice ebefore operation and effect afte roperation. Conclusion Color Doppler can evaluate the function of great saphenous vein venous valve and found the location of venous thrombosis rapidly and noninvasively.
