摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜病变的价值。方法对78例子宫内膜病变患者进行经阴道超声检查,其结果与病理对照,并进行分析。结果 78例患者中,子宫内膜增生诊断符合率92.5%,子宫内膜息肉诊断符合率91.7%,子宫黏膜下肌瘤诊断符合率90.9%,3例可疑子宫内膜癌经病理证实。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查因其无创伤性,且超声图像特征显示清晰,是诊断子宫内膜疾病的有效手段。Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial diseases of uterus.Methods Transvaginal ultrasonography was performed in 78 patients with uterine endometrial diseases.The results were compared with those of pathology.Results Among 78 cases of endometrial disease,the coincidence rate was 92.5% for endometrial hyperplasia,91.7% for endometrial polyp,and 90.9% for submucosalmyoma,respectively.There were 3 cases suspected as carcinoma of endometrium by ultrasonography,which were confirmed pathologically.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography is a noninvasive and effective method in the diagnosis of uterine endometrial diseases.
