摘　　要：目的探讨输卵管妊娠破裂CT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾分析11例经手术病理证实的输卵管妊娠破裂患者CT图像资料。结果 11例输卵管妊娠破裂发生在壶腹部8例,峡部2例,间质部1例。CT表现为子宫旁和附件区见高密度包块(血肿),平扫CT值在25Hu～67Hu。其内伴有低密度妊娠囊,增强扫描见妊娠囊囊壁明显强化,强化程度低于子宫。结论输卵管妊娠破裂有其特征的CT征像,对育龄期妇女、有停经史、HCG阳性患者,结合其CT表现,既可作出的较为明确的诊断。Objective To discuss CT features of rupture of tubal pregnancy（RTP） and the diagnosis value.Methods CT findings of 11 cases RTP were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 11 cases of RTP,8 cases located in ampulla portion,2 cases in isthmic portion,1 cases in interstitial portion.RTP was displayed as a high denisity mass on plan scan with a CT value approximately 25-67 Hu.The fossa usually involved a low denisity region indicating the pregnancy pouch,which could been obviously enhanced as a cycle on contrast scan.Conclusion The manifestation of RTP which is characteristic combined with informations such as age,HCG and menopause,CT sing might suggest an explicit diagnosis.
