摘　　要：大学自律化是目前韩国高等教育中着力推行的一项重要措施,其目的是为了提高大学的竞争力。探讨韩国大学自律化政策的推进过程及在相关政策影响下,韩国大学在人事管理、财政、入学选拔等方面自律化的程度,可以为理解大学自律化的进程提供一定的参考。Self-discipline is an important measure implemented in the current higher education in South Korea,aiming at improving the competitiveness of the universities.The probe into the implementation process of self-discipline policy of universities and the self-discipline extent on such aspects as personnel management,finance,admission selection of universities under the impact of the related policies in South Korea,can provide some reference for the understanding about the self-discipline process of universities.
