摘 要:以4个类型的8个品种为试材,分析了辣椒种子发芽期的耐盐耐旱性。结果表明:相对发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数等3个指标均能区分不同辣椒品种的耐盐耐旱性,但鉴定结果并不完全一致。不同的辣椒类型的耐盐耐旱性表现出显著差异,耐盐性最强的是尖椒类型,最弱的是甜椒类型,朝天椒类型和线椒类型居中;耐旱性最强的线椒类型,最弱的是尖椒类型,朝天椒与甜椒居中。辣椒种子发芽期的耐盐性和耐旱性之间并无明显的相关关系。The salt and drought tolerance of pepper during seed germination were analyzed of 8 pepper cultivars belong to 4 different types.The results showed that the salt and drought tolerance of different pepper cultivars could be distinguished by all of the three indexes,relative germination potentiality,relative germination percentage and relative germination index,but the classification was not completely same.Significant differences could be observed among different pepper types.The salt tolerances of hot pepper and sweet pepper were classified as the highest and the lowest respectively,and those of pod pepper and line pepper as the intermediate,the line pepper and the hot pepper had the highest and the lowest drought tolerances respectively,and the pod pepper and sweet pepper showed as intermediate.No significant relationship between the salt tolerance and drought tolerance of pepper during seed germination was observed.
