摘  要:为进一步提升低钴含量6%(质量分数)超细硬质合金的质量和生产稳定性,本文就超细硬质合金混合料生产工艺参数中湿磨时间对超细合金微观结构及其硬度和抗弯强度的影响进行了初步探讨。结果表明:对于生产低钴超细硬质合金来说,混合料长时间湿磨主要起混合均匀和活化作用,而对混合料粉末的破碎作用较小,但若湿磨时间过短(<60h),则容易在合金中形成微孔隙和钴池现象,而湿磨时间过长(>90h)又容易在合金中形成晶粒长大和夹粗现象,最终都影响到低钴超细硬质合金的硬度和抗弯强度。To enhance the cemented carbide quality,the effect of wet milling time on microstructure,hardness and transverse rupture strength of low cobalt(6wt%) superfine cemented carbide in production was studied.The results show that longer wet milling time plays the leading role for mixing uniformly and activating and has little effect on crushing of the mixture.But if the milling time is too short(60 h),some micropores and cobalt lakes may be formed in the cemented carbide.If the milling time is too long(90 h),it will lead to grain growth and coarsening abnormally.Both of them will affect the hardness and transverse rupture strength of the cemented carbide finally.
