磷酸川芎嗪对大鼠佐剂性关节炎血清中细胞因子TNF-α、IL-4和IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察川芎嗪对佐剂性关节炎模型血清中细胞因子TNF-αI、L-4和IL-10水平的影响。方法:将40只雌性Wister大鼠随机分成正常组、造模组、地米组、川芎嗪组,每组10只,除正常组外向其余3组大鼠右后足跖皮内注射弗氏完全佐剂0.1mL,复制佐剂性关节炎模型,采用ELISA法检测AA模型血清中细胞因子TNF-αI、L-4和IL-10的水平。结果:川芎嗪能够使佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清中过高的TNF-α水平下降I,L-4和IL-10水平升高,并且能够改善大鼠佐剂性关节炎的症状。结论:川芎嗪可能具有一定的免疫调节功能和抗炎作用。通过其一定的免疫调节功能和抗炎作用,调节异常的细胞因子的分泌,从而改善大鼠佐剂性关节炎的症状。Objective：To observe the effects of Ligustrazine Phosphate on serum cytokines TNF alpha,IL-4 and IL-10 levels in Rats with Adjuvant Arthritis.Methods：40 Wister rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,dexamethasone group,ligustrazine group.Each group had 10 rats Except for the rats of normal group,the others were intracutaneous injected with 0.1 mL of Freung＇s complete adjuvant,copy adjuvant arthritis model,adopt ELISA test AA model serum cytokines TNF alpha,IL-4 and IL-10 levels.Results：Ligustrazine enables high serum levels of TNF alpha droppedm adjuvant arthritis rats,IL-4 and IL-10 levels rise,and can improve the symptoms of adjuvant arthritis rats.Conclusion：Ligustrazine can have certain immune adjustment function and anti-inflammatory effect.Through its certain immune adjustment function and anti-inflammatory effect,ligustrazine phosphate can regulate abnormal cells factors,thus improving rats adjuvant arthritis symptoms.
