摘 要:对YL112铝合金压铸件设计了3种类型的浇注系统,运用流体模拟软件Flow-3d对3种设计的充型过程进行模拟。通过观察温度场、压力场和表面缺陷的分布情况,预测充型过程中的氧化夹渣、气孔等缺陷。在分析模拟结果的基础上提出了浇注系统和溢流系统的优化方案,提高了铸件的质量。结果表明:在浇注温度620℃、模具连续工作温度200℃、冲头压射速度2.0 m.s-1的条件下,合理的溢流槽使金属液具有均匀填充型腔的填充路线的方案最为合理。Three types of gating system were designed for cast-alloy YL112.Fluid simulation software FLOW-3D was used to simulate the mold filling process of the three designs.The distributing situation of temperature field,pressure filed and surface defect were observed to forecast defects like oxide inclusionair air entrainment through the mold filling process.By using the results of simulation and optimization of gating and overflow system,it was proved that the quality of products was improved.The result showed under the condition of appropriate parameters:pouring temperature 620 ℃,mold temperature 200 ℃,punch filling velocity 2.0 m·s-1,the design was rational when the liquid metal uniformly flowed over the part by reasonable spillway trough.
