摘 要:混合支承结构是指在转子系统的一个支承结构中同时并联或串联使用滚动轴承和滑动轴承。结合国内外现有的混合支承结构,对转子系统中混合支承的工作原理和工作特点进行了分析,并给出了混合支承的应用背景和设计准则,指出采用混合支承结构的转子系统能够满足大承载、高转速、启、制动频繁的工作条件,具有启动力矩小、承载能力大等独特的优点,可在单独使用滚动轴承或者滑动轴承时,转子支承的可靠性和工作性能无法得到保障的条件下,使转子系统具有良好的工作性能和更长的使用寿命。Hybrid supporting structure means in a rotor system,there exists parallel or series use of rolling bearing and sliding bearing in a supporting structure at one time.After analyzing current developing situations of different hybrid supporting structure both in the domestic and international,it deeply introduced working the principle and characteristics of hybrid supporter in rotor system is,and then gives out the applying background an designing principle of the hybrid supporter are given out.By applying hybrid supporting structure,rotor system can meet working conditions such as heavy load,high rotating speed,high frequency starting and braking,which makes rotor system have unique merits such as small starting torque and great bearing ability.And hybrid structure can make rotor system have better working characteristics and longer working life when the conditions of the reliability and working properties can not be satisfied when separately applying rolling bearing or sliding bearing.
