樟脑磺酸的合成与拆分

摘　　要：樟脑粉与浓硫酸发生磺化反应得到消旋体樟脑磺酸,再经拆分得到左、右旋樟脑磺酸。单因素实验确定了合成樟脑磺酸的适宜工艺条件:樟脑粉、浓硫酸和乙酸酐物质的量之比为1.0:1.4:3.0,反应温度10℃,静置时间5 d,真空干燥得消旋体樟脑磺酸。以异丙醇为溶剂,采用某醇胺做拆分剂与消旋体樟脑磺酸发生中和反应得樟脑磺酸盐,经纯化分离得到左、右旋樟脑磺酸。通过熔点、旋光度、红外测定,表明合成物质即为目标产物。Camphor sulfonic acid was obtained by reaction between camphor and sulfuric acid.L-and D-camphor sulfonic acid were splited.Single factor experiment was carried out to determine the optimum condition,under which the molar ratio of camphor powder to sulfuric acid and acetic anhydride was 1.0：1.4：3.0 at 10 ℃.When it was over,the sample was standed for about five days and dried under vacuum condition.By selecting alcohol as resolution agent and isopropyl alcohol as solvent,the neutralization reaction between alcohol and DL-camphor sulfonic acid,camphor sulfonate was obtained.By purification and separate,the abtaine L-and D-camphor sulfonic acid was gained.Characteristics of the compounds were identified by melting point,optical rotation and fourier transform infrared（FT-IR）.The results indicated that they were close to those of the standard compounds.
