摘 要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为共聚单体,采用反相乳液聚合工艺制备阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺乳胶P(DMDAAC-AM),并引入超声波作用加强乳化效果。结果表明,超声辅助乳化可以细化液滴,提高稳定性。聚合工艺的优化结果为:引发剂K2S2O8用量为1.6‰,乳化剂用量为8%,亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)为7,单体质量分数为35%,油水质量比为1.1∶1.0,超声时间为4 min,阳离子度为15%,反应温度60℃,反应时间4 h,所得产物乳液稳定,相对分子量为3.53×106。FTIR和SDTA-TGA分析结果表明,产物为P(DMDAAC-AM),分解温度为382.83℃,具有良好的热稳定性。Cationic polyacrylamide P(DMDAAC-AM) was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization with acrylamide(AM) and diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC) as co-monomers enhanced by ultrasonic emulsification.The results show that fine droplets can be feasibly produced in the emulsion when treated with ultrasound,leading to a higher stability.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:initiator K2S2O8 1.6 ‰,emulsifier 8%,hydrophile-lipophile balance number(HLB) 7,mass fraction of monomer 35 %,mass ratio of oil to water 1.1 ∶1.0,ultrasonic time 4 min,cationic degree 15%,reaction temperature 60 ℃,and reaction time 4 h.The copolymer with molecular weight of 3.53×106 was obtained and its composition,P(DMDAAC-AM),was confirmed by a combination of FTIR and SDTA-TGA analysis.It was found that the copolymer prepared with the assistance of ultrasonic irradiation had a good thermal stability as indicated by the high decomposition temperature of 382.83 ℃.
