摘　　要：通过简化的机械密封模型推导的算式,对变压力机械密封设计的关键技术参数平衡系数和弹簧比压进行了论述,进而指导了变压力机械密封的设计。试验和现场考核证明机械密封的设计是成功的,方法和概念将对以后类似工况的机械密封设计具有一定的指导意义。Through a formula derived from simplified mechanical seal model, the balance coefficient for key technical parameters and specific spring pressure designed for variable pressure mechanical seal are discussed, which further guides the design of variable pressure mechanical seal. Both the testing and field examination demonstrate that the design of mechanical seal is successful, its method and concept will have a certain directive significance for design of mechanical seal with similar operating conditions in future.
