基于飞参数据的飞机损伤定性分析

摘　　要：在飞机寿命分析中,比较各单架飞机或不同机群飞机实测过载累计超越数曲线是定性比较不同飞机或不同机群使用载荷"轻重",初步估计累计损伤大小最常用的方法。本文针对某型运输机,首先使用重心法向过载真实飞参数据进行研究处理,并得到其在实际飞行中的重心过载谱,然后采用MATLAB软件对某机群中的每架飞机进行超越数曲线分析,得到每架飞机的实际飞行"轻重"情况,并根据此情况对飞机进行定性损伤分析,其分析结果比较符合实际飞行情况。In the aircraft life analysis,it is a common way to calculate the cumulate damage preliminarily through comparing the g-factor overflow quantity curve of using load from different aircrafts or different air fleets.First of all,in this paper,the loading spectrums of center of a type of transport plane were obtained by analyzing the data of flight data recorder.Then overflow quantity curve of each aircraft belonging to the same air fleet had been analyzed based on the MATLAB software and the real flying situations had been obtained.The result accorded well with the real flying situations through the qualitative damage analysis based on the flight data
