摘　　要：利用外资是中国实行对外开放的主渠道之一,"十二五"期间,中国利用外资已经进入一个新的阶段,未来几年,随着世界经济一体化进程的加快和国际引资竞争的加剧,国际资本将出现新的特点和趋势。按照WTO的多边贸易规则和中国的承诺,中国的对外开放将进一步和世界接轨,中国利用外资也将发生新的变化。Utilization of foreign investment is one of the important manners for opening to the outside world.It is a new stage of utilizing foreign investment in China during the twelfth five-year plan.In the next several years,with the rapid progress of globally economic integration and intensification of competition of international investment,new traits and trends of international capital will emerge in the world.According to the regulation of multilateral trade of WTO and promise of China,opening in China will further meet the world track,China＇s utilizing foreign investment will usher in some new changes.Therefore,some choices of policies in utilizing foreign investment during the twelfth five-year plan are put forward under this new situation.
