摘 要:场站飞行后勤保障计划优选问题属于多属性决策问题,针对目前传统TOPSIS方法中通常事先人为给定权重,不具备客观性的缺点,采用信息熵权对TOPSIS法进行改进,建立场站飞行后勤保障计划优选模型,从而降低飞行保障计划优化过程中指挥员决策的主观随意性。最后,通过实例计算及其分析,验证了所建模型的科学性和有效性,为场站飞行后勤保障指挥员决策提供了一种科学的方法。The optimum seeking of flight logistic support plan in airfield station it belongs to the multiple attribute decision problem,Aiming at the disadvantages that the weight is given in advance in traditional evaluation method and not objective,The model based on TOPSIS method with entropy weight is erected to evaluate the flight logistic support plan.The subjectivity and randomicity in the commander's decision process are decreased.Finally,according to the calculation and analysis of a example,the model is proved scientifically and effectively,it prorides a new kind of method for the logistic support commander in airfield station to make decision.
