摘 要:采用二次开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT开发了基于Pro/ENGINEER平台的修边线展开与翻边成形模拟系统,实现了修边线展开与翻边模拟系统与Pro/ENGINEER系统的无缝集成,避免了不同系统间文件转化时的数据丢失。研究了Pro/ENGINEER环境下的动态材料库、多区域翻边展开、约束定义、数据管理等关键技术。所采用的有限元逆算法求解器考虑了实际生产中的工艺参数,准确预测了三维修边线轮廓和零件翻边成形性。最后通过实验的方法证明了该系统所得模拟结果与实际生产所得结果是一致的,可以较好地满足钣金件生产工艺要求。The trimming line unfolding and flanging forming simulation application(TUA) based on Pro/ENGINEER platform was developed using secondary development tool kit named Pro/TOOLKIT.It achieved the seamless integration between TUA and Pro/ENGINEER,avoided the data loss of files converted between different systems.Based on the Pro/ENGINEER environment,the key technologies,such as dynamic material library,multi-regional unfolding,constraint definition and data management were studied.The process parameters were considered by the adopted finite element inverse approach solver which could be applied to predict three-dimensional trimming line and flanging formability.Finally,it was proved that TUA could mostly meet the requirement of sheet metal production process for the simulation result is consistent with practical production in the experiment.
