摘  要:综述了短停留时间裂化工艺的特征及装置。该类工艺的主要应用领域包括:沥青质或重质油轻质化,轻质烯烃生产,催化裂化等。这些工艺气相停留时间短,可以防止二次反应的发生,提高高价值的气液产品产率。设计时应主要考虑如何使原料和热源快速全面地混合,以创造均匀分散环境。此外,气固迅速完全分离也要仔细考虑,这样可以控制产品的停留时间并减少二次反应,并且有利于热平衡。The key features and configurations of short residence time cracking processes were reviewed.These processes are mainly used in the industries of bitumen or heavy oil upgrading,olefins production and catalytic cracking.The short residence time of the vapor in the processes can prevent secondary cracking,and so the yields of high-value liquid and gaseous products are increased.The rapid and thorough mixing of feedstock with the heat source,not just creating a uniform dispersion,is a key design aspect to consider.Rapid and complete gas-solid separation must be carefully considered,which helps to control product residence time and avoid secondary cracking,and also is good for heat balance.
