摘 要:为验证稀土元素掺杂对YBa2Cu3O7-δ作为氧传感器气敏材料性能的影响,在A l2O3衬底上制备了3种不同稀土元素掺杂的YBa2Cu3O7-δ厚膜,然后对3种厚膜在不同气氛变换时电阻随时间的变化关系及其电学特性进行比较,发现3种厚膜的各组样品仍然表现出YBCO的基本性质,其中Y0.95La0.05Ba2Cu3O7-δ样品表现出较高的灵敏度和较短的恢复时间,是替代YBa2Cu3O7-δ作为氧传感器新的理想材料。In order to confirm the influence of the rare-earth element which intermingled with YBa2Cu3O7-δ over the function of YBa2Cu3O7-δas gas sensitive ceramic of oxygen sensor,this paper prepared three pieces of Pac hymenia each intermingled with different rare-earth element separately on the underlay of Al2O3.And the paperfound that each group of samples of these three kinds of Pac hymenia still display the basic property of YBCO when this paper compared them in two aspects.On the one hand,it compared the resistance of the three kinds of Pac hymenia which changed along with the time when the atmosphere was transformed.On the other hand,it compared their electricity characteristics.And among them,it found that sample Y0.95La0.05 Ba2Cu3O7-δ displays the high sensitivity and the short restoration time,which is the ideal substitution of YBa2Cu3O7-δ as the oxygen sensor.
