摘　　要：应用数字万用表模拟前端FS9704,设计了mV电压测量实验平台。设计了应用系统框架,详细阐述了各功能模块的硬件设计方法,给出了部分电路,并使用嵌入式C语言和虚拟仪器开发环境LabVIEW开发了系统软件。设计了测试系统,对mV电压测量实验平台的性能进行了测试,验证了设计的正确性,并得到了实验平台的技术指标。This paper designed an experimental platform for mV voltage measurement applying FS9704,digital multimeter analog front end.The application system framework was devised.Then,hardware design approaches of each functional module were described,some circuits were given.And the system software was developed using the embedded C language and LabVIEW virtual instrumentation development environment.A test system was built to test the performance of the millivolt voltage measurement experimental platform.It has verified the correctness of the design and gotten technical indicators of the experimental platform.
